Study on Selection of Bacillus Sp. Strain Has Active Carbon Metabolism for Peat Treatment

چکیده
The objective of selecting strains Bacillus sp. has high activity in carbon metabolism for peat treatment, firstly focusing on the ability to degrade lignin, cellulose, phosphorus and protein. From gene pool, by surveying microbial capable degrading carbon-rich substrates including insoluble phosphate, proteolytic, we have identified two contain polyfermenticus subtilis strong metabolize decompose peat. strain had organophosphorus starch-degrading ring diameters 41, 40, 23 38 mm, respectively. 24 29 In addition, content humic acids formed after 48 hours fermentation increased 2.5 times compared original without addition 2.8 strain. Therefore, selected with efficiency producing acid products. At same time, a biosafety level (level 1, safest scale).

Biosorption of Strontium from Aqueous Solution by the New Strain of Bacillus sp. Strain GT-83
An attempt was made to isolate bacterial strains capable of removing strontium biologically. In this study ten different water samples collected from Neydasht spring in the north of Iran and then the bacterial species were isolated from the water samples. The initial screening of a total of 50 bacterial isolates resulted in selection of one strain. The isolated strain showed a maximum adsorptio...
متن کاملa study on thermodynamic models for simulation of 1,3 butadiene purification columns
attempts have been made to study the thermodynamic behavior of 1,3 butadiene purification columns with the aim of retrofitting those columns to more energy efficient separation schemes. 1,3 butadiene is purified in two columns in series through being separated from methyl acetylene and 1,2 butadiene in the first and second column respectively. comparisons have been made among different therm...
Alkalophilic Bacillus sp. strain LG12 has a series of serine protease genes.
Four tandem subtilisin-like protease genes were found on a 6,854-bp DNA fragment cloned from the alkalophilic Bacillus sp. strain LG12. The two downstream genes (sprC and sprD) appear to be transcribed independently, while the two upstream genes (sprA and sprB) seem to be part of the same transcript.
